14-day return/exchange policy

We are confident about our 100% organic product qualities. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, simply return the unused portion within 14 days from the date on your order confirmation email.  After we verify the remaining product and confirm with you, we'll exchange products for you, or issue refund to the credit card you used for initial purchase. Please send the products you'd like to return, along with the printed order confirmation email to following address:

We recommend you add insurance to the return shipping to protect products and timely delivery. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. 
Please note: only items purchased from Avivia Organics' webiste (aviviaus.com) are eligible for direct return/exchange service. For items purchased from beauty SPAs and retail stores, please return with receipts to original points of sale.
